I agree with the producer about how insignificant our problems are compared to what these migrants went through. It reminded me that what I have in my life is not only because of the hard work nor my knowledge. But it’s truly the opportunities I have in my life. These migrants are definitely more hardworking and smarter than me, but unfortunately their circumstances do not allow them the lifestyle they deserve An extremely humbling documentary. Thank you so much 🙏🙏

They could have achieved all those things in China but it makes you question are they really being honest about their innocent portrayals? I think the whole world outside of America make think its heaven here and blame their current misfortunes due to not being born in America. Ultimately you don’t need to be in America to make it in life. These people in my view are not humble or innocent. Far from it. They are takers and my hunch is most of them will not do well in America. They will realize soon enough its not like a hollywood movie.

Though this three patt documentary is about illegal migrants’ journey entering the US border, the coverage gets you to personally know 3-4 Chinese families/ couples. It creates the viewers to have empathy for them ( though I do not approve illegals entering my country). It also made me think back of my ancestors who left their homeland in Europe hoping for a better life in America. An amazing documentary with excellent filming.

As a person who has been working in US-Mexico border and experienced the grave differences between developed-undeveloped countries , I can only say I understand why they do that .
