Behind the scenes watercolor in progress part 2 shows you exactly that, my process for creating a painting. After the studies and tests done in the first video, I now get to move on to the final painting! A lot of work goes into creating, sometimes they can come together quickly, but most of the time it takes a few tries. This painting will be 16x20, done on Arches 140lbs cold press paper.

Should I do live streaming video's of my paintings, where we can talk while I paint?

This takes me back to my childhood! I used to paint a lot in school and when I was younger, but it slipped away as I got older. However, I am happy that I still can be very creative with music, it's such an important part of my life, really, being creative. Thanks for sharing this video!

I love them all, but the sheer translucent look to the curtains without so obvious markings from the blinds in the second painting is my favorite. I hope you’ll do another!

Thank you for your input and advice, I think I will do another one, to really get those curtains right. Would you like to see a part 3?🤷‍♀️ the second study is my favorite too!

I would like to see it untaped and the whole painting as if I am stepped back a couple of steps from it when I view it. Looking at it a few days later usually makes a big difference, too.

I do show the whole painting at the end of the video, so you can see the whole thing. I do the same, stepping back to look at it and putting it away for a couple of days, then taking out to observe it. I will probably redue it as I really want a flowyness to the curtains. Thank you!

This is beautiful! I love them all 3! I see what you mean about the subtle flow of the one small one you lifted up. The curtains in that one do have a really lovely feeling to them. Whenever I do multiples of a painting, I am never as happy with the final large one I do, and I think it has a lot to do with me not practicing on a large scale. I’m always worried about using up a whole huge paper! Lol Anyway, I love your channel, thanks for posting great videos!

I think i will need to do another large one, because that flowy feeling in the curtains is what I really want. It definitely changes things going from smaller studies to a large painting. The more I think about it the more I want to do it again! Thank you so much!
