You can get all the data you want but at the end of the day and your staring 10 guys in the eyes to choose from, you need to be the guy who can pick out number 1 or 2 , and this all comes down to hockey sense or IQ.

For such a good organization, this video is done really poorly. Bilingualism is great, but don't put up videos that start in English and then transition to French half way through. For English people watching this video there is a rude shock half way through and who knows if Francophones would watch it to begin with. It's a really stupid idea to have this in both languages.
