AP I'm 63 years old I lived in Vallejo California when I was 13 with my brother for 6 months and he took me to a Raiders game and been a fan ever since. I've seen great years , I've seen good years, and I've seen bad years with the Raiders but before you became the coach the day McDaniels walked in I knew it was all bad. An arrogant person never makes it life or becomes successful because it takes other people to help you through and that guy thought in his weak mind that he was the best which had failure written all over it from day one. I am speaking for me and all the fans that agree with me that you becoming the coach is the best thing that's happened for the Raiders in 20 years. You have brang the team and the fans back to life. You came in with positivity and brang the team out of straight frustration and negativity that seemed almost impossible to come through. Keep up the Great work and keep the positive mindset.
