I thought Beige was going to be Beej's French twin at first

As someone who works in the paint department of a hardware store, I know a depressing amount about white and off whites. So that video made me chuckle. As a side note it really WAS too flashy, Ian was being nice. To showcase the many off whites on display you should use more subdued tones for the transitions, ideally ones that don't make the shades look brighter or darker than the really are... Oh god, make me stop!

Jezus. I just realised the IBS joke. That joke has been going over my head for SIX YEARS, even though I have watched this episode many many times.

When people at my work ask what the multipurpose room is for, I cheerfully respond "it has multiple purposes!"

Wow, the most rare of sightings in the LRRniverse: the rare Ray Steacy. Glad he could sneak in an on-camera appearance this season. Also, I love how they are adding Ian to cH. Based on how he is written, James finally has someone he can relate to: a fellow professional that can get things done. Also, the writing on this episode was really good, not quite so much rampant jackassery from Beej and Alex, more targeted jackassery. I'm surprised that no one thought to tell Ian to turn down anything wrought by Beej and Alex's hands, though. All in all, I look forward to this season of cH and what they will do with it. P.S. I love that Beej can't get the blinds to work. There's something about it that's so in character about it.

Welcome Ian to the CH universe - this is going to be the start of a beautiful relationship

so I am rewatching this in order and I just realized a brilliant piece of funny. Ian was the voice of the laughotron which chased them out of the last moonbase. and cH Ian has his first lines delivered off camera. for a split second everyone in the lunch room has this look on their face like "oh crap it followed us!" made me laugh

"Not once I come into power."

This is 7yr old, the passage of time is cruel but man this has always been one of my faves.

I think their logo at the end is perfect for Loading Ready Run.

Kathleen and Cam were awesome in this one.

Knowing most colours are named after the pigment they are made from worries me about some of those beiges.

"Seriously?! It's March!" That's my first grievance. You keep saying that, even though it's clearly May.

I was wondering whether IBS was intentional, then I heard Alex say "condolences" on my second watch through, which made it clear that "bring some fresh blood into the products of IBS" was horrifically intentional. Bravo.

Before it started, I half expected the title was meant as a pun for Beej.

A few things. 1. I had no idea that Ian was not a part of the commodoreHustle universe until now until now. (Yeah, I know there's two, it's correct) and 2. This was a wonderful way to bring him into the action.

Either your sense of humor is infecting mine (scared) or this was legit brilliant. Every damn punchline and situation. Thanks LRR, that was alot of fun.

As a student film maker i have to point this out. 1:05 - 1:07 bottom left hand side of the window shows the camera reflection. its hard too see but we can see the "cup holder" as james puts it. Love LRR and do this because i care.

I really love this series! But I can't get the earlier episodes on their website to work and they're not on youtube. Could you PLEASE upload them. I have no idea how Beej, Cameron or Alex get on the crew as I can only find up to season 1, episode 8. Am I the only one who has this problem?

Anyway great use of the rest of the buildings warm color timing as a character. On a related note, what the color rendering rating of you new lights? Only something someone who stares at beige all day long would notice but the mouse dickens recumbent walrus is looking a bit green.

The saddest thing is that beige is the color of my fursona's fur. Yes, I understand that makes my icon confusing.
