if you didnt know Cotton candy Dan is made by tekky, you can tell by his setup its really easy and the voiceacting too, hes a very cool prop and i think everybody should get him hes the first prop that gives me the 2015 vibes for some reason hes just scary and hes the best clown that spirit has ever sold!

He does. When we turn him on for the first time we turn off the lights and the lights can be seen. It's really cool!
