Ian, I’m a 41 year old dad of two, 7 & 9 y/o. I’ve known I’ve had terminal cancer for two years and I haven’t told my sons yet, some days I feel like I am doin the right thing by not telling them, other days I feel hella guilt. I’ve spent so much time with them making memories, but I’m running out of time and I’m gonna have to tell them eventually. Am I doing anything right? What more can I do to prepare them for the worst news ever. I love you and all your pods and appearances, you’ve given me tons of laughs on some pretty sour days.

catfish jelly is real. it can be made several ways first take catfish clean catfish keep bones boil it all remove bones blend with immersion blender add enough pectin to get the desired consistency you can also use a corn starch slurry to help thicken it can it as normal another way thats more refined take catfish clean catfish boil it all remove everything condense down the liquid use pectin starch and also a little clear unflavored gelatin can it as normal its pretty tasty give it a try guys. its good on ice cream or broccoli
