Nah. The voice was aight, but she failed at a Queens accent, which is a huge aspect of Drescher's accent. It's not just being loud and excessively nasal what makes a good The Nanny impression. You gotta have the Queens/NY inflections...

Janice could yell out, "Oh. My. God. FRAAAN!!" And then Fran would yell out, "JANIIICE!!" They could have included a scene where they'd tell each other a joke and laugh simultaneously and you would see the reaction of the other characters, like omg there's two of them! So funny.
