Don't ever do business with a realtor when apartment searching. They do the job for a couple days then ask for fees if you haven't signed a lease yet. Even though you are not obligated to those fees for their services as they get paid from the landlords that you sign a lease with. The realtor will dump you when you refuse to pay fees and they stop answering the phone. Claim your case is too difficult. Jokes on them, I found a place and signed a lease a week after they dropped me. Realtors don't have any patience. It's all about the money with minimal work effort put forth.
