Today I explain my brain train thought for not only pivoting in my publishing plans but also my intention in building an extensive contemporary world were my readers can find comfort in and want to stick around for a long long time. And it shows you the ups and downs in wordcounts when you are consistently outpouring. No everyday I can get 1K or 2K let alone 3K or more and that's okay. As long as I keep at it, I will get it done.
I may not be able to tell you the author's name but I can share as much as I feel comfortable about the process as I go through all the stages.

I will list here most of the programs I use to lay the basis of my work:
I use Notion for all of my planning, plotting, outlining, and note-taking- www.notion.so/
I use Scrivener for drafting. I can create a folder for each book and hold the entire series in a singular Scrivener document.
I use Word for revisions and edits. The tracking changes feature is a GODSEND!!!! I use it for my own revisions and my editor uses it too.
I mostly use Romancing the Beat by Gwen Hayes for my outline.
Writing Short Romance for Pleasure and Profit by Sadie King has been helpful too.
