The last two weeks I have been am listening to your meditation and talk on Thursday mornings as I wake up. I'm more embodied after a refreshing and renewing sleep. I feel relaxed and with Presence to begin my day and embrace the darkness with Love. 💗🦋💗 This is my new practice for my mornings, then yoga, then my AlAnon readings and journalling, followed by a healthy breakfast. Wow... your discussion resonates very deeply. I have been on my spiritual journey since 2005 (well my entire life) when I had an after death experience. Fast forward to now, and I have become so sensitive to the feels of all beings 🫂🐢🕊🐎🐅🐕🌴🦠🌹. I live in a city where they still have horse draw carriages for tourists. The other day, one of the horses looked straight into my eyes and I could feels it's pain, depression and despair. I thought to myself, I must have this in my head and it's not real; then I looked closely at the horse... the hair on the tail had mostly fallen out, it's head hangs low and the horse is under weight. I find it harder and harder to intermingle with society's norms, and protect my energy at the same time. BTW... I have turned the man into Animal Abuse. Hopefully something will be done. Thank you for the story of your son. I truly connect with his heart.
