Like Paul in this program, I think I am the first kind of perfectionism. I had been try to do too much and trying to please many people. I had been putting too much pressure on myself. I feft that I was always falling short and useless. I was very stress, even i used to think about suicide.

@ Spot Light.. you had missed something very important regarding Perfectionism. In Psychology, we call it OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). If person too much worrid about perfectionism which he living around and himself, it probably diagnosis as OCD patient.
