This version of the song isn't sung by Arijit Singh but rather by Sachet Tandon (who also composed the entire album with his wife). There's a different version of this song that Arijit sang.

Wow, what a morning gift🎉 People especially Critics attacked this movie saying it's displaying Toxic Masculinity and Feminism is at risk in the movie too but the Director said he didn't write the movie with all this is mind. He just made an art. That Film Companion Interview clears most things from both Critics' and Director's perspectives.

No brother Arjun Reddy defines the story and things too subtle and very neat to understand…These people watched this Song right ! but they didn’t understand the story but if you watch the original Telugu song u easily understand the story that she is marrying someother and about gen marriages…Being on Story lane is important the thing in Kabir singh is they highlighted actor behaviour more But arjun reddy covered everything to understand easily
