I used to be size 6 Ms Sharon, I did intermittent fast . It really worked. I am actually size S now. You can still go back to your size that you want. I lost 20lbs in 2 months. Consistency is the key. No more snacking n food after 8:30 pm and next meal is 12:30. Less carbs or not at all. Hopefully you can try if you really wish to get back to your size. But anyways we all love you no matter what and you are always beautiful inside and out! I’m your fan since little girl. I cut your pictures and put together like an album, even pictures form magazine or newspaper! I love all your songs too and a lot of your movies!🥰🥰🥰
