I was patient of ibs from last 4 months and I started taking bael juice on 15 th of May 2021 twice a day before meal.. And I recovered from ibs after 4-5 days.. Nd within 10 days I gained 4 to 5 kg body weight as well which I lost earlier.. So start taking bael juice twice a day don't add milk if you are suffering from ibs..
