I had got bells pallsy on 22th may and a month later I got fine. As i was doing your exercises and taking medicines from the doc. But now now after 47 days past infection, I'm feeling sudden pain in the area that was affected when I'm eating and when putting my fingers on the neck that was infected during the infection and I just noticed it few days ago that my one side of lip has very very very slight moved upwards and is not in symmetry with other lip. IDK why it is so now? Please help me with it!!

I have got my face symmetry back but still when I click pictures and look into it carefully I see one lip tilted a little bit and also when I touch back part of my neck it pains a little. Although I have stopped eating medicines many months back . I've no idea what it is. Is it permanent
