History of Hackers - The Exploiters, Color Glitchers, and What They Are

Hallo! I've thought this up for quite a while, but put it off because DragonType had done a Hackers video before me, but I finally decided to make my video today!
This video is supposed to provide information about Exploiters/Hackers, Color Glitchers, and other types of Exploiters in Roblox Wings of Fire. Everyone has encountered one at some point in their life. I took the liberties to show you any and all photos and footage of exploiters and color glitchers that I had as a bonus treat, so have fun with that!
Also, bonus bonus treat, there's some background footage of HoneyComb being the Silkwing :) There's not much news on game development currently, other than some map progress photos that are too little of to make a whole video out of.
Also like I said, if you see any sort of Exploiter or Color Glitcher, report them! If you want further info as to why, watch the video.

Forgot to mention like the biggest thing about color glitchers- if you color glitch ALL of your save files will be wiped, you won’t be banned, but rather wiped ALSO YOU WONT BE WIPED FOR HAVING: -White Bellied Nightwing -Green Skinned Nightwing. -Black Rainwing I specified these in the video and some people thought I said that you WILL be wiped if you use those colors aha

I've seen korvlar (not korvair) in the game one time, and a couple other admins a couple other times, and I also saw a headless ice wing that had no tip of it's tail. So, I'm the complete opposite of you. I think I also saw korvair (not korvlar) in game roleplaying, so yeah. I am the complete opposite of you it seems

I got banned before because I didn’t realize my feet were gone and someone reported me on discord, I then later explained that I didn’t realize my feet were gone and didn’t exploit/hack. Later on the person who appealed my ban discovered someone was framing me I never actually got to know who framed me though-

I think the missing wings is pretty cool and I now want a game pass for removing wings. Ik it won’t happen I just think it was rlly cool. I do NOT support exploits and would still report it I just think it’s pretty cool.

Archenioa and Korvair said it isn't canon. (except for Silkwings before metamorphosis) If it isn't canon, then it ain't happening. -Korvair also disliked making the gamepasses-

@@harrowingseer I mean- just like theirs people born without legs there could be dragons without wings or other limbs. Even if that's not possible they could have been torn off or amputated. Also if not a pass maybe add it too the base game for scales, just free, or a quest?

@@aspenpawarts9333 Well, it'd be considered rare. But it'd only be considered rare _if_ Tui had confirmed that dragons can be born without limbs. (Dune doesn't count, Dune lost his arm) We also have ALOT to consider when it comes to the idea of amputees. This is what Korvair said: The reason we won't add removable limbs/mutations is because, with our current knowledge, it would be a rig disaster. We could make some limbs transparent, potentially, but then that would pose some issues with the RainWing's code. There's a lot that has to be considered with it, and so it isn't even being considered right now. Something like that would have to be looked at close to the end of development.

Man if this was like an expansion pack that you could buy to make your Dragon all sorts of different colors honestly that would be amazing

That wouldn't make any sense- because some dragons in the books don't have a lot of colour variety, like the Sandwings and Icewings, so an expansion pack to make your dragon different colours wouldn't make any sense and it would be dumb too.

@@archalys0 it really depends on the range of color, say, you could buy a thing that made your Sea Wing a rare red color, or maybe hybrid colors. Not all of it is stupid. Just beacause some dragons have a lot of color variety and some don't doesn't mean you should say that none of them should. This is just an idea and the person who made the comment we are commenting on said it would be a 'cool idea.' We can dream. Edit:I'm also sorry for being like I am, I've been in a bad mood since this week started and I can't seem to shake it.

I actually saw a “Nugget” in the Warrior cats Ultimate Edition game, I was about to start a Rp when all of a sudden this headless Black and white cat morph popped up out of nowhere. I remember watching the Bellasaurus video and since I couldn’t see their username I nicknamed them “Nugget”.

I remember being on a server and being in Thunderclan. I just kept seeing this poor kitten's dialogue (Idk why I could see their dialogue when I couldn't see THEM) saying "Help my head's gone please help nothing's fixing it not even reset"

Still remember the one time it seemed like I was hacking because I randomly started dragging while I walk and when I spoke my scales (as a seawing) would flash. Maybe that was spoiling a future update where seawing’s scales would flash like you’re speaking aquatic? Hope that’s the case bc that’d be cool!

*Then we have Warrior Cats, where if a exploiter comes they are always flinging everyone* Edit: Here's another thing that happened on one of the public servers of Warrior Cats. One time a server that I was in got nuked ( no one died though ) and we never found out if it was a exploiter or an admin. Edit 2: Okay so there was this other time where some exploiter was just playing music and changing colors ( rainbow colors ) Edit 3: *even though this isn't really a edit three- I'm still making it that.* It's nice to know we got visited by an admin with the nuke story- *Edit 4:* my god how many times am I secretly being visted by Pav

Nuked? Oh- do you mean in sc where the pond explodes? That’s a admin command, p:spook - I’ve seen it twice, each time there was a admin in the server and the second time me and my friends saw 1 say “p:spook”, hard to see tho since EVERYONE started screaming after.

Also, just know, that if your OC has an unavailable color that you got while it was still in the game, do not worry about getting banned. Admins are aware of stuff like that, and you can always appeal your ban if you get unjustly banned

I have seen a different kind of exploiter and I have footage. They were able to edit their movement and speed, able to catapult extremely quickly around the map or spin in place or slide up and down. I will see if I have a way to get the video to you.

There is a glitch you can use to get through walls, but it’s actually time consuming and doesn’t work in all games. Was this guy just passing through them like a ghost or something?

Prison life is the easiest to exploit on, bff has a cousin and he exploits, and him (friend) said exploits he used to test out ONLY worked on prisonlife

I mean... it would be pretty cool if we could have an extension pack to remove certain body parts (Of course reasonable parts. Like talons wings legs etc.). Its not a bad idea. It could really create more unique ocs!

They should add a “missing limb” game pass where you have the option to remove some parts of your OC, but you only have a few options (example: you wouldn’t be able to revive the middle of the torso)

A missing limb would mess with a lot of the coding, and would just be difficult in general to animate. I love the idea, though. Pretty sure they’ll add scars, so that’s something.

I’ve seen a color glitcher, admin, and body mody people. I hate the body mody exploiters because when I see something with a limb that shouldn’t be missing (like a head, because it holds your brain), I get so panicked XD

THANK YOU!!!! I don’t update my nightwing oc’s very often, so one of them, Brightmind, has patches of green all over her body from when green was still available as a color. I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve gotten attacked in game because people thought I was an exploiter, it’s gotten so bad to the point where I don’t even want to play as her anymore, and she’s one of my favorite oc’s :(

I’m pretty sure fades isn’t a glitch because I’ve done it plenty of times before I was banned, you just obviously go to advanced coloring and choose a color to fade in to, you keep putting it lighter or darker, and you’ll have it fade, if it’s a glitch and I was like, somehow “hacking” then welp ;-; Then somebody reported me for having a white bellied nightwing- Maybe that’s how I was banned ;-;

Hey Bella, I was on and someone said that scavenger was coming out before silkwing. There are never deadlines and I’m not old enough to be in the TOP discord just yet. Scavenger will not be out before Silkwing! Scavengers are far future! What you saw or what your friend saw? Was the developers trying to learn on how human anatomy is. Silkwings are (chat Discord theory) _estimated_ to be around mid to late August. I hope to see you around in the future when you're old enough to join!

@@daggerdraws3551 The game won't be finished for quite some time. I'd say 2 or 3 years to give it. Don't follow the WoF game wiki! People like to post unconfirmed/joke models/experiments and say it's the actual product. (One of our admins, ShadowRix, had taken down like 1 or 2 Hivewing images.) If you want the raw deal (until you're old enough to join discord itself) then just stick with Bella! She's pretty fast at updating you guys on stuff.

A few days ago I was playing Wings of Fire with some of my friends. We were advertising for a rp that we were hosting and then all of a sudden a dragon joined. I don’t know the username but he started floating in mid-air and starting flipping and stuff. He was also missing a foot. I do have discord but I am not in the ToP server and I’m not sure if someone reported him but he left when someone said that he/she was in the server. I was scarred for life.

Exploits actually don't mess up the code, most people that are exploiting on roblox WoF use a pretty... "nooby" exploit that they need script to use the removing limb function, plus that function only lets them remove stuff from their dragon, nothing else and it resets after they re-join. So no, exploiters don't mess anything in the code.

Archeonia (The Owner Of The Game) and Korvair (the person who models all of the models alongside with Arch) get nervous about the exploiters, _sure_ it may be harmless but messing with code of any sort is dangerous. It can permanently mess up code if an exploiter finds out how to. I'm just giving a bit of a more explained version of what Bella said. I'd also like to explain why they pop up (since Bella didn't mention why) I because somebody had shared how to do it, which was then found and shared even more. Thus, is why "nuggets" have started popping up a bit more.

RainWings can actually turn black, its used for their camoflauge and they turn black when at *max anger* i joined the game in late September of 2020, so i wasnt around for the black Rain Wonks, which is a disappointment, but i get why they removed it, because no one can just use things subtly anymore, although it would be nice to give Lemur the black stripes shes got on her tail ;-;

I know I shouldn't say that... But maybe having body parts missing (like wings or legs) could be interesting for RP or anything like that. It could make original OCs or you could really RP as Dune or that Ice/Sand Hybrid mentioned in the books. It would be a game pass or something? I think it could be pretty cool to use in game!

Rix actually encountered an exploiter who used commands like “;to orlandis” and actually teleported to her. they then said something like “i’m an admin like you!” sometimes i look back at the ban log for it and laugh at how they literally put themselves in a situation to get banned

MY OPINION: So, about the body hackers, i think that, as long as its not EXTREMELY weird like dragons with no heads, such as, only having 3 feet, having a shorter tail, or snappy *having no wings* is ok! I actually think this is amazing! Yes their exploiters but still! If i was one of the developers then i would make it so that this is ALLOWED! I think that it would be so much cooler if this was allowed, even as a gamepass! There would be so many unique dragons! And if you have no wings you couldn't be able to fly, BUT, you would be able to climb? EVEN BETTER! Like, for example, im trying to go to the arena but i have no wings, then if you jump near the walls you would attach to them and start climbing, and when your done jump again, and boom! Your up! This would be an epic mechanic! Imagine if it became real, that would be SWEET! *Even if it was for silkwing dragonets, that would still be amazing!*

In my opinion these bans sound a bit too harsh. For example Snappy the wingless dragon, they were not disturbing anyone, and they were generally adding to the role play than taking away from it, I would have at least contacted any one of these players before I decided to outright wipe their data. I also feel strongly of this opinion, I never had the best computer and I was banned on multiple occasions for my lag mistaken as speed hacks or fly hacks. It was quite the downer getting banned from my favorite Minecraft server for a week just for having bad connection or in others cases banned for something they didn’t realize was against the rules. I would have complied if I were warned, but I was banned on the spot instead.

dang.... that's sad. they reported you for exploiting even though your internet is a dumpster fire....(no offense) now im scared to play wof with a laggy computer. and it would be cool to accidently get a pink icewing... i love light pink and other colors may look super cool on some dragons... but instead of being happy with a dragon with cool colors it's not supposed to have, everyone reports and harrases you. what a bummer. i never had a dragon with strange colors before. and i think i saw a pure black rainwing without knowing its a color they are'nt supposed to have. + they weren't harming anyone. but there IS a chance they may be exploiting? idk.

Honestly I think everyone should have access to all colors for all tribes (but no black for SilkWings) so they can make there OCs which might have a different color then the usual. I don't think we need much color rules except if the books say they can't have that color
