I mean it's not exactly a sanitary product. It's like someone selling bath tub gin online lmao. It could've been handled better but due to the total disregard in product nature- her account needed to be shut down. And if anyone needed a refund paypal still needed access to the funds to do just that. Bottom line don't sell a product that violates their guidelines and expect to keep the money. If you talk to e bay sellers you'll know they do more to protect the buyers than sellers. If all 3,000 buyers wanted a refund they probably would've did just that since they closed her account down and had access to the funds.

This shouldn't even be a video, she wasn't "scammed" in any way. She broke their rules multiple times, she even knew what rule she broke since she mentions it, and she's lying about not knowing or them not telling her. Why would I take a liar at her word?

@@munkydreads People actually got the product. She had tiny little jars with labels and seals on them. Think like a tiny jar of peanut butter but instead it's bath water. Yeah she sold that for $30. City water average is like $5 every 1000 gallons you use. A pretty big bath tub can hold 80 gallons. So let's go big and said she used 80 gallons. That's like 40 cents in water. Then let's say she has a $10 bottle of shampoo, $10 bar of conditioner, $5 bar of soap. Well she isn't going to use the whole bottles or bar of soap. A bottle of shampoo can last 2-3 months. Same for conditioner. Let's just say 2 months. That's 17 cents of shampoo and 17 cents of conditioner used every day. So the total cost for this bath so far is 74 cents. Let's say she uses 10 cents of soap- ok now that is 84 cents. She's got 80 gallons of used bath water now and it cost her 84 cents to prepare. The most expensive part of this operation is getting the labels and plastics and shipping (which the buyer is paying for). She wasn't selling it by the gallon either. Maybe an ounce or two container. Let's just say 2 ounces. So for every gallon of bath water she can have 64 bottles. There's 80 gallons in the tub that's 5,120 bottles of bath water. Like she really didn't have to do much to create this product lol. Costs under $1 to take a bath.
