It just have same concept of a girl in love with the beast aside of that the message two author want to sent is completely different example in Belle the anime is a journey of two teenager find purpose to live among crowd that everything they thought they could have but then get stolen away until they find the each other and showing sympathy that is when they finally found the reason to continue while in Beauty and The Beast mainly focus about how people shouldn't judge a person or a group of people just because of how they look but rather than base on their personality like a famous sentecnce "Don't judge a book by it cover" still the way of Belle deployment itself story is still clunky, a bit fast to audience sharing emotion with character in conlusion it still a decent or average anime to say atleast though it very enjoyable.

I actually think every sonf from that film sounds just perfect. But that may also be because I can count the japanese words I can understand on one hand and thus only hear the general sound instead of understanding the text. By the way, I know all japanese words I can understand from the film, because the context with the subtitles made it clear, like shiawase=happiness (from the scene where the choir ladies tried to come up with an explanation for what happiness really is).

I agree with the both of you, the story itself had potential I believe though. If it had a better understanding on relationships. My only other complaint was “Who are you”? The first time I didn’t mind. After the third or fourth time, I quickly got annoyed as it was the same tone as before. Almost thinking it was copy and pasted, on top of it being misplaced in each instance. You get slowly in-tuned with the story then slapped out of the immersion, or so I felt. The singing was certainly the main highlight of the movie, intertwined with the visuals.

i love the start but the climax and the ending is kinda dull??

@@Waender: It felt partly rushed. “Who are you”? Only to see the abusive father and say “I love you”. Moving from her crush to someone she doesn’t know other than him protecting his younger sibling. Going through the lengths to save them is understandable, the sense of urgency was there. But that ending felt rushed.

@@adrianh.3102 Her crush always stayed the same throughout the movie. There was no romantic relations between the 14 y/o boy and the main character. The “I love you” was purely the love shared between a victim and the person that helped them get through especially when the boy met multiple people that said they’d help but didn’t. It was a thanks for saving him at that moment and giving him hope to keep standing up high because he used to put his head down to protect his brother. The movie is played around the question “why did my mother leave me to help that other child?” She finally got over her trauma and was able to sing by realizing how she desperately wanted to help these two random kids. In the end, she dropped everything And everyone just to find them bc she knew they were in trouble and that no one would go help them, even when she knew she might get hurt(by the abusive father). This is where she was in a similar situation as her mother. Her mother thought no one would step up so she stepped up and tried to help even when she knew she might get hurt. I do wanna add that I don’t think how the abusive father just giving up was realistic at all. They’d most likely get even more mad because they’re not getting their way. I thought that part was not well done. But maybe her face reminded him of Belle. Someone said he could’ve been the justice guy because the movie kept focusing on the ahole fathers watch. I don’t know if this is completely accurate but it’s not completely out of the box.
