Hello everyone! YAY!!! I finally have had time to review this PLATINUM Belle and Prince set from the Disney Store! This was limited to only 500 pieces and they are BEAUTIFUL! I really don't get the background either but I'm assuming it's because the background from the actual scene wouldn't make them stand out as much as this background does. This one is dark and they really stand out which I love 😍 It's the first time I actually love how prince looks cuz I was not convinced, he is so Amazing! So detailed. Belle is so gorgeous, her face is beautiful and the dress is on Point, I really can't relate to people not liking her, she is stunning! Also I LOVE the pose, it's so creative that they actually did that rather than just standing next to each other... I love your videos, I was waiting for this one!!! Congratulations on your platinum set, it's so well deserved! Love it! ❤

+MmDisney200 hieeeeeee Mario! Good point about the background being that way so that they stick out more....I agree about the Prince..so much detail and the outfit is even better in person. I still feel like I didn't capture it properly! She is just breathtaking I feel like you have to have some sort of love for Emma to love this doll, which I know we both do ;-) thanks for watching and commenting my good friend. Wow, oh wow, wowie! Hehe. Honestly, I gasped when you opened the magnetic closure and show us the dolls for the first time, then #gg! I love everything about the Belle and the Prince dolls. Their pose is just magical. Thank you for sharing!

I'm so happy that you got this set :) I noticed the earring hole on Belle as well! I think maybe a pink diamond earring would have been perfect. Also the Princes outfit may well be my favorite outfit for a Disney prince! I love that color blue. Great review as always!!

What a gorgeous set! My favorite details are the shoes, that brocade overlay on the Prince's jacket and OMG THE BUTTONS.

I just love it! I've been waiting for you to review this set. I'm on the fence a bit about it still because of the price. I recently purchased LA LE Cinderella (another movie I adore) but this set is incredible. Ack! I should just give Disney my paycheck. Excellent review.

I loved how Belle looks in this set. I think the bangs being lower help her to not look like she has a huge forehead.! Which I think was a problem with some of the other Belle dolls from the movie

Hi Rylan. I purchased Belle as my first Disney LE doll (which I love) and I was surprised how difficult it was to put the plastic cover back on. You and the other collectors on KZfaq make it look so easy! 😄 I absolutely love this set just wish it was more in my price range but I love yellow dress Belle and your review convinced me to get her....and Moana also!

+Kayloves Disney welcome to the LE doll collecting group! Belle LA is a great way to start your collection!! Mine was Maleficent lol the plastic covers are a nightmare and I always use extra care when I put them on. And yes Moana is amazing!!!

RYLAN I hope so....keeping my fingers crossed for The Beast as I would like him to match yellow dress Belle. Gaston and Belle in her village dress would be great too as I loved all the details in that costume when I saw the movie....i know the 12 inch ones are available but not a fan of the mask and wig design (though the Prince looks amazing more carefully put together)....much prefer what they have done for the LE Collection.

I am so devastated I couldn't get this. C'est la vie! But the shininess of the prince is due to the material they have to use for the 3D printing. That was the major difference about all of these dolls, and why they didn't have punched or rooted hair. The "mask" part would crack. The 17" Belle dolls are interestingly made the traditional way, hence the rooting. I think she's more accurate than the small doll which actually 3D printed the likeness of Emma.

+oscar C platinum is even more limited than limited edition. Platinum usually only had 500 units made whereas LE has anywhere between 1000 to 6000

Isn't this set stunning! I'm glad you were able to get it also! This was my first Platinum set , not for the lack of trying! I believe that blue flower is a thistle, though normally they are purple. But it does look like a thistle.And it would go well with the rose to represent Beauty and the thistle to represent the Beast. www.ehow.com/about_6724260_meaning-thistle_.html
