Good for you - why should age have anything to do with the length of our hair? Many older women don't have nice enough hair to keep it long but we don't have that problem with these gorgeous wigs so just go for it girls!

I'm 63 and having alot of trouble with losing my hair alot of brown spots freckles all over my face started to try wigs you give me so hope that life isn't over

Hi Debra! Thank you so much for visiting! No, life isn't over! I had lots of hyperpigmentation and dark spots all over my face. I went to the dermatologist, and she recommended the Obagi system along with Retin-A. I used the system consistently for about 6 months. It was pricey but worth every penny. Those years of worshipping the sun really did a number on my face, but with Obagi it cleared up. It's not all gone, but about 80% of the dark spots of gone. You can't tell on my videos because I have to wear a lot of makeup on camera. As for the hair loss, you are not alone. I understand how devastating and heartbreaking it is. Instead of many comments here are my comments: Sexy hair! The off-center part looks gorgeous too! I’m dying. Just dying. This has to be in your Top 10, right? It’s gorgeous. You don’t look your age at all. I love the half up half down. I don’t think it feels as heavy as it weighs. I love it with your sunglasses.

I just watched your Bryce review and saw someone mention how similar these two styles are. So, I thought I’d check this out, because I don’t remember Peerless from this past summer at all. That must’ve been when we went to the lake house in Indiana. I love BSSC on you and this wig is gorgeous, especially on you. I didn’t know you lived in the Flint Hills. We would drive through them when we would take the interstate to Wichita to go to Costco every month. We spent a couple of years in Emporia. Anyway your review is excellent and I’m going to check out this wig and maybe put it on my list! I just love BelleTress’s choices of colors, especially BMT and BSSC. Hi Sharon, Peerless is very similar to Bryce except for the density which is much higher on Peerless. Yes, we have a home in the Flint Hills. Truly beautiful area. We go to the Cosco in Wichita as well. We're not too far from Emporia. Our home is in Marion :-) xoxo

Thanks for an informative video. I agree with you that age shouldn't stop someone from wearing the hair they want to and that style looks so good on you but in saying that, I would love the centre part and curtain bangs and waves on a shoulder length style. Haha, I buy that wig and cut half its length off...The Horror!!!

Marlene, thanks for this great review. I have been wearing Dalgona and Columbia but that harsh transition between lace and cap at the temple is very noticeable on them and I'm always worried about it being obvious. I adore BT wigs and have a ton of them but I've considered switching brands because that transition zone drives me crazy. Do you think we could request that BT work on that issue??? :) I think I'll switch to Peerless 14 after seeing this review because I feel like the curtain bangs would probably help hide it. Thanks again.

I just received Peerless 14 but have yet to take it out of the box. When I review it, I'll make certain to address the transition zone. xoxo

It’s ridiculous to say women of a certain age can’t wear long hair. I’m 68 & wear mid length longer wigs. I know I look the best in this length. Are there rules for men not having white beards? Maybe there should be. (LOL)

Thank you, Cheryl! We're not that far in age... I'll be 64 in September. I think we each need to wear what makes us happy and regardless what anyone thinks. Cheryl, we have spent our entire lives being caregivers to children, spouse, aging parents and trying to make others happy... now it's time that we do what makes us happy: pixies, chin length, long, pink or purple :-) If you really want a long one, get it. Start by wearing it in a bun, then go to half up half down. Treat yourself to something you want and puts a smile on your face!! xoxo Marlene

Oh phooey! I'm 66. I wonder why we are not supposed to wear longer hair, or make up or certain clothing. I wonder if ”they” think we should stop living too. I don't have a problem wearing long hair. It's just way too much fun for me, the long straight styles are more natural than the real wavy styles because thats what my bio hair used to be like but I might consider this at some point

Yes, I think Peerless would fit 23" While I really don't have any way of gauging how big a circumference it fits, BT runs on the larger side of average. I had to cinch it in about an inch and I have 21.75 plus I have shoulder length hair and wear a wig grip. I don't think you'll have any problem with a Belle Tress. xoxo

These were overstock. They’re still discounted just not 45%. You can find them on the clearance section of Wigstudio1.com

No, overstock are not returns. There was a surplus of two styles: Peerless and Alpha Blend. Belle Tress sent them to Wigstudio1 and offered with the discount. Overstock are brand new. On the other hand, wigs on clearance are open box or returns. In order for a retailer to sell a return, the wigs have to follow industry standards meaning the zigzag part cannot be removed, no products can be added or styled in any way. Since I review wigs, I try to purchase as many as I can from clearance and try to save a bit of money. I’ve never had a problem with any and since they are thoroughly inspected, there’s really no way of telling they are from clearance.

Brown Sugar Sweet Cream is a blend of dark brown, medium brown, and light brown with neutral blonde highlights. xoxo

@@MarlenesWigChatStudio ‘61 for me… You look fabulous! I haven’t purchased my first piece yet but the Alpha blend is looking like it might be the one.. I’ve been brunette my whole life with the exception of once getting an ombré ( which facilitated some serious hair loss😒) and the BSSC looks so beautiful, I just have to decide between that and a brunette shade. Thank you for helping me narrow it down😊
