What makes it more stressful than other departments?

I am transitioning out from active and joining the reserve. With that being said, I have been thinking about pursuing a career in law enforcement quite some times as well. Does law enforcement career complement the guard/reserve?

@@baconphillip i know this is a late reply, but yes they do. in larger departments i think they have a extra pay bonus, it really depends on what department.
