Bell'Masry is a company of Egyptian dance and music created in 2013 by two artists driven by the same passion for the arts: Taly Hanafy (from France) and Kareem GaD (from Egypt). Passionate about Egypt and its vast cultural heritage, they decided to put their desire and complementarity together to to honor the legacy of Egyptian Art, including music and dance.
Bell'Masry means "by the Egyptians" in literary Arabic. Together form the words in French "Belle Egypt (Masry)."
Both have a long career behind them more than 10 years. They shared their passion for dance through many countries with their triple cap dancer, teacher and choreographer. Kareem is a specialist in the history of Egyptian dance and music and knowledge as well as extensive practical and theoretical as well as his passion of the modern ways . Taly specializes in oriental dance and all its variations from the more traditional to the more modern.
They attach importance to highlight the tradition with a new and modern look, while exploring another side of pure creation.

الرقص الحالي مش هو الرقص المصري زمان زمان ايام المصريين القدماء كان هز كتاف والوسط بسيط بس والهدوم ساترة وطبعا تحزيمة الوسط انما الرقص في الفيديو دا اللي حديث مع اضافات غربية لان بدلة الرقص دي مش البدلة المصرية هي بدلة هوليوود استعملو فيها الوان مصرية قديمه مع بعض الرموز القديمه وخلو الحركات اباحيه اكتر تتناسب مع ثقافة الغرب لكن دا عمره ما كان لبسنا ولا طريقة رقصنا زمان ايام ما كانو بيسجلوه على الجدران اما جلابيه الراجل الصعيدي فهي مصرية اصيله انا اداب تاريخ ودارسة اللي بقوله

@@salmael-sayed2197حقيقي كانت مهنة الرقص بمصر قديما مختلفة تماما عن الاغواء و كان ينظر للرقص كأنه فن و ليس عري و حركات جنسية ولكن نظرة الغرب عن الشرق انه مستنقع اباحيات غيرت مفهوم الرقص خاصة بعد ما الامريكيات و الروسيات صاروا يتعلموه و صاروا يضيفوا حركات سيئة بهدف الاغواء للأسف الغرب طمسوا كثير من التراث المصري و العربي بعد ما تدخلوا فيه اختكم من الاردن 🇯🇴🤍

@@Alfayez-h1l صحيح حتى ان الرقص المصري كان منه مرتبط بالعبادات فمستحيل يرقصو رقص اغرائي جوا المعبد و كمان كان فيه رقص اثناء دفن الموتى لان المصري القديم مكنش بيخاف من الموت بل مؤمن بيه و بالحياة الاخرى حتى بدلة الرقص الموجودة حاليا هي بدلة من صنع هوليوود مش من التراث المصري ونقدر نلاحظ دا انها اشبه بالبكيني والحركات هي متشابهه مع الحركات الاغرائية في النايت كلاب تطور الرقص طبيعي بمرور الزمن بس من اهل البلد مش من خارج البلد وفيه كتب اتكتبت من مؤرخين و دارسين مصريين اتكلمو عن النقطه دي وازاي الغرب اثروا في الزي الخاص بالرقص و الحركات للاسف تأثير الغرب من علينا بس ولا على بلاد الشرق الاوسط ولا العرب بل حتى على البلاد الاسيوية والبلاد الافريقية في محاولة لإثبات ان العرق الابيض متفوق وللاسف نجحوا في دا ومن الادلة هو سعي الناس اللي عايشين في اسيا و افريقيا انهم يبقى شكلهم (ابيض) اكتر و مستحضرات التبييض هي الاعلى مبيعاً دورنا كدارسين تاريخ وكناس متمسكه بتراثها اننا نشجع الناس انهم يرجعو يعملو عاداتهم وتراثهم (اللي يتوافق مع المباديء الحاليه سواء اكنت مسلم او مسيحي فتعمل التراث اللي لا يتعارض مع دينك) احلى تحيه لأهل الاردن من مصر 💙✨

....If only my late Egyptian mother showed me this side of her culture, and the unique versatility of Egypt's dance tradition ( insteade of now rediscovering things she never really introduced to me, stuff I never knew, and now I'm playing catch up as an adult). 😔 الحمد لله إني بعرف عربي و بتكلم كمان بس ده كان بعد مجهود طويل و لسه مكملة فيه.....الله المستعان!

For the first time I've seen a man dance the Saidi dance. It's so masculine and so controlled. While both are doing the same choreography..... It's so perfectly in harmony. ❤️

It is very clear he feels the music in his soul in two parts first one from 0:53 till 0:58 veey clear in his shoulders and foot's movement.. Second part from 2:24 till 2:34 his movements are incredible and so much equal to every single beat.. I cannot stop playing the video over and over and over 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
