Random question. Do you know if a regular piece of paper 8.5x11, folded in half, will fit in that left side slot?

I hope it's not "Genuine Leather" because despite the name that's pretty low quality leather.

I really like the quality of the leather they use, have a couple of products. But maybe I'm not refined enough with my leather quality awareness :)
