Have you ever tried the aer day sling 3? If so, which one would you choose? I’m stuck between this bag and that one 😅

I have not! But I have been so tempted to try that one out. It looks like a really solid bag. I have the TP3 and really enjoy it.

The problem I have with this bag is the main compartment doesn't fully close. There are holes either side, where a small object might fall out or rain might get in.

Oh wow! I haven't had this happen. It appears to fully close on mine. I will take a closer look. Is this like under the zipper area? Or does the zipper itself not slide the whole way shut?

@@david_does Under the zipper, when it's closed, either side there's a route into the bag.

That is the main reason I have not and will not buy this bag.

I've heard some mention a gap as well, which is a concern for me. While I've heard others mention it, I haven't seen it myself in a video yet.

@@nickpapageorgio4944 Now my comments are getting deleted. The holes are there, watch the Pack Hacker review of the 9L (the 6L is the same). He explicitly draws attention to it 6 mins and 15 seconds in.
