I was introduced to your Bible studies by one of my Sunday school teachers and I have subscribed to your emails. Last month, I was laid off and since I was born disabled, I have always struggled to find and keep employment. I have struggled with worry ever since I became a disciple of Jesus Christ as a child, and I’m not proud of it. I am thankful that you teach the Word so clearly and in a gentle way. Please keep me in your prayers; I am scared that I will be evicted from my apt because I’m still not working. I was ineligible for unemployment benefits because I worked for a non-profit organization, so this has been a difficult year so far. Thank you. Grace and peace to you.

The purpose of worry is to find a way to deal with a difficulty. A difficulty is the cause of worry. If you don't want to risk worrying, don't think of a difficulty. A synanym for difficulty is worry.
