This is the unedited long version of the BEMER CYCLASSICS HAMBURG 2023 race from August that I cycled with Lund Cykleklubb.
Unfortunately the last kilometer or so was not filmed, due to a battery that went flat as we approached the finish line.
There will be an edited version up as well, with me commenting, explaining and letting you in on how we did.
Watching this from start to finish, you might think it is "a walk in the park" because it looks effortless. Let me assure you it is not like that at all. Our average speed from start to finish was 43 km/hour, with a top speed cycling flat of around 61 km/h.
I was surprised to find that my max heart rate was 200 last 0,5 km!
