Serbia, Albania and Kosovo belonged to the Turks during the Ottoman period. But yes, Kosovo is both Albanian and Turkish. Because if you look at Wikipedia, both Albanian and Turkish are spoken in Kosovo. Also, there are many Turkish articles in Kosovo.

I know in original series in German version they translated his name to "Ben Zehn". But I see in "Omniverse" they kept his original name.

The Japanese one is a fanmade cover... the actual dub just uses the English intro with Japanese subtitles (much like the Turkish dub does). And Persian? It's just the English version with a VO narrator reading out loud the dub credits (not sure if officially licensed by CN/WB or one of those unlicensed ones like the SpongeBob ones).

Interesting how the common practice for Swedish dubs of having a narrator read out the title otherwise only seems to exist in the former Eastern Bloc, not even the other Nordic languages do this.
