If Ben scans Goku or Broly would he become them or would he become a saiyan, as both are saiyans and omnitrix doesn't scan and make Ben that particular being right?

@@alx_spencer5394 when ben scans an alien to later become that alien, he doesn't become the individual he scanned. Instead, like I said in my previous comment, Ben's omnitrix makes him transform into the peak version of said alien race. So if he scans Goku or Broly, he doesn't become them but a saiyan. However, because the peak of the saiyans is the Legendary Super Saiyan, AKA Broly, he'd have a similar form and power set to Broly.

my mans, I belive we are forgeting one thing. the ultimatrix scans the individual beeing at the moment. if a DNA sample in not in the ultimatrix, it will scan that individual, like he did with chamalien, it's not the species peak, but the alien that was there at that moment

Im pretty sure the ultimatrix (which ben was wearing here ) just transforms you to a duplicate of the alien you scan disregarding how close or far they are from peak condition.

In fact, a ben Saiyan would be less strong than Vegeta from the saiyan saga, since he could not transform into a legendary one since that is a mutant that is born every 1000 years, also ben could not transform into a ssj since he has no ki at all xd and although It might not be a big deal and I say again, Ben would have almost no ki at most 10 which is above average xd, an alien would be necessary for Ben to face Goku and he wouldn't even win

It is not because of any special animation techniques or gimmicks. They are not that fast. Plot Armor is what saved Ben. As for Alien X it was stated by one of the creators of Ben 10 that Alien X's powers not only don't work against magic, but they don't have any resistance to it at all. As for Ki/Chi/Aura etc etc I have no freaking clue. Plus, Alien X's powers works depending on the universe and if a Celestialsapien's physiology is compatible with the universe he's in. Not to mention there are several weird interactions with Alien X that contradicts it's supposed invincibility. I am rather tired of replying to this comment section. I didn't think the Ben 10 white knight brigade was going to be in full force over 1 measly comment. Then again, I guess that's to be expected considering you guys are still upset to this day about Green Lantern vs Ben 10 from Death Battle. (For the record, I couldn't care less about that fight. I have no personal stake in it.) All in all, actually know how to power scale and how to read the context within comments. The Failsafe only works its fast enough and it doesn't get hacked. Or if the alien is actually strong enough to survive. Alien X has to be agreed upon first by the personalities within it, otherwise Alien X doesn't do jack shit. Even then it's debatable if it works considering if it's outside its home universe and Goku resisting existence erasure.

See, the problem with this argument is all the training Goku and Vegeta have. The manipulation of ki, many of their fighting techniques, and plenty of their transformations(ultra forms, kaioken) aren't innate to their race. Ben would transform into a base broly and then get stomped into oblivion by current Goku or Vegeta. Alien X is his only real option being real here.

Personally, I like the name "Warkong". Referencing Saiyans' natural tendency toward fighting and violence, the name Sun Wukong, and "Kong" as in King Kong or Donkey Kong. Plus I feel like that's more the kind of wordplay that Ben would use.

If Ben himself thought of it he could switch to an INT-based alien and have the whole battle figured out in a moment--the issue is Goku would never give him time for that. Well, assuming Goku was taking him seriously. I think the only way UA Ben beats him is by having Goku under-estimate him and then hitting him with a crippling blow via Waybig (big laser) or Diamondhead (straight up stabbing him)

The fail safe can do the swirch for him, and ge does gave combat abilities from the plumber training arc, and failsafe invincibility goku eins by matter of stamina thiugh, battle would be low-mid diff goku if its UA he wouldnt be able to kill him though

If Ben actually scans Goku and becomes a Legendary SSJ like Broly (as this comic shows) he definitely beats Goku. Broly learned how to fight just from his one confrontation with Goku and Vegeta, and that is a part of his genetics as well, which means Ben would also gain that Battle IQ just as he gains IQ while transforming into Brainstorm or Grey Matter. Remember; Goku literally COULDN'T beat Broly, he had to run away and fuse with Vegeta instead. If the fight is out of character and Goku is ultra bloodlusted for some reason he wins. But in character Goku would get scanned and then get pummeled by a Broly clone.

I’d say the one thing Ben would have trouble with is manipulating Ki itself. Y’know, stuff like kamehameha. Cause Ki is something anyone can use in DB, not just Saiyans, I doubt it would be part of the info Ben gets when the omnitrix info dumps stuff into his mind. Ki manipulation and ultra instinct are techniques that can be learned by anyone with proper training. Though Ben is a prodigy (if I remember correctly) and has photographic memory so maybe he could learn those pretty easily? After watching Goku use it once or twice.

Now, he would probably make his own moves, but he could absolutely learn the kamehameha as quickly as Goku did. Remember, it took Roshi something like 40 years to perfect the move, and Goku got it down after seeing it once.

@@lukeroberson2115 I just think Ki manipulation wouldn’t be explained, he might learn “Saiyans are great at manipulating Ki” but I doubt he’d get an info dump about Ki because in the dragon ball universe Ki is just a normal power anyone can achieve, so it’d be considered general knowledge like martial arts or sword fighting. Sure, give ben an hour of training and he’d probably be able to beat Goku in terms of mastery on using Ki, I’m just saying Ki manipulating probably wouldn’t be part of the info dump.

Goku can literally break Clockwork's powers like Jiren broke the Time Cage, if Goku cannot defend himself his Ki Avatar activates (and in Ultra Instinct, fear will not stop him from attacking subconsciously) so Toepick and Pesky Dust are useless, Gutrod is the only option that has any chance at working but Goku could easily dispatch him before he does anything. Alien X is the only option, and after the Tournament of Power gave Goku a massive resistance to more potent Existence Erasure and scaling to Jiren whose power literally BREAKS time, Alien X only has a CHANCE.

Though I agree that Goku might be able to break some kind of time prison but it's a different story if clockwork reverses his age because with that he would also reduce his power levels and ghostfreak can literally possess others and due to his intangibility and him being not alive would make him immune to physical as well as any other attack Goku has plus due to master control he can constantly switch aliens so yes he can be very unpredictable so I know he can defeat Goku and to be honest he can also scan zeno , angels , beerus and freeza so he would be able to transform in their peak form . I also mentioned that freeza because he only trained for some time but the power level he got was impressive

even if he doesn't have full control over gokus body he could also use clockwork or alien x goku doesn't have universal durability it's like planet level at best considering vegeta the biggest tank got killed by a planet level attack highest I'd go is solar system at this point it depends if alien x blows up the universe or not

Ginyu only had Goku's body for a few hours. It's obvious that he wouldn't be able to use all of it's abilities. But it showed that he was getting more in tune with the body as more time passed.

The Omnitrix has a certain feature called the "data dump" which uploads all the knowledge and basic instincts into ben after transforming to a new alien , also ive never heard of the idea of the host ceasing to exist after prolonged usage of one form even as a rumor or a headcanon , and it would contradict features of the Omnitrix like the "life form lock'' feature which is specifically made for ben to not go back to human form , and even some episodes state that charecters used aliens for very long times and went back to their regular formes , like when 11 y/o ben got stuck as an alien for a month , or when an alternate dimension albedo was mentioned to be stuck as alien x for a year , and the host ceasing to exist doesn't fit with the established narrative that the Omnitrix can reconstruct the hosts' body like it did for ben in the omniverse finale .

Aside from what the last person said the ultra-matrix does an exact copy of the physical traits of the alien he scans, and the omnitrix makes him and alien that’s the peak of whatever species he scans. So even if he didn’t have that much experience he would still be physically stronger and faster than Goku and Broly.

Sort of. Saiyans are as well mentally put together as humans, so Ben would have the same problems as Broly in his Ikari state and would probably go beserk the first time he goes Super Saiyan as even Goku struggled not to, but after that he could control it.

@@floatingf8783 the ultimatrix basically simulates i think thousands of years of continuous combat (ie. a neverending war) to evolve the species in various ways, literally anything is possible. if you think about it's somewhat similar to the androids basically being adjusted to be over ssj goku and vegeta level through tech and understanding strength alone on jero's part. the ultimatrix knows each forms limits and adapts accordingly, so i really think things like zenkais are totally within question. sorry for the paragraph lol.
