PLEASE I met the author Leigh Bardugo when she came to my school and she decided to sign everyone’s books and she asked me who my favorite character was. I felt so put on the spot I was like akskisej “The Darkling.” She smiled and was like “let’s see if you remember this quote.” She wrote ‘Fine make me your villain..” in my copy of Shadow & Bone I died this was a few years ago before the Netflix show was announced and I’m just so UwU

Well, after all, Ben Barnes was only *pretending" (i.e. acting) in those shows! I once heard him say in an interview that he had no problem being naked, pretending to have sex, or gurgling blood . . . as *someone else,* but as himself, he gets a bit shy (paraphrasing) sometimes.
