Amazing, Erin and Ben the work you went went through to get the flooring off, just so you could give her new flooring and a beautiful home. God bless you both for the personal touches you put in each of the homes you do. I love all the work you guys put into your homes and this house turned out beautiful for this young lady. I am envious every home I see that you guys do. I’m a cancer survivor and daily fighting for my life and I just wished it was someway that I could have a home you guys did I would choose to have been in Erin home if I could!❣️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It turned out beautiful. Besides the exterior colour. I wouldn't have done it in dark grey.

The master closet and laundry room are combined? Um...moldy clothes...? Ben and Erin always make the houses lovely. They really have vision and can see beauty even when the place looks a total mess.

Painted brick is fine at first, but then the southern sun and weather get to it and it looks terrible. Then you have to pay to get it repainted.

In this day & age, those previous owners would have had to disclose the joist rot issues or could be sued. How awful that it was so bad!!

That was pretty brick, hate to see it painted, wonder how a nice gray trim on the wood would have looked - or a color to match the brick (instead of yellow). Any remodelers for me had better not paint brick. .

I'm a bit mixed here. That one woman kept repeating over and over how everything was just "perfect". Seeing how the original layout was, I'll agree it is a lot better, but it's still so boring. It must be nice to be so easily pleased. I mean that. I would immediately want to sell this and get something that's more interesting for my taste, but then again, this house isn't for me, so... Definitely better than it was, though.
