Hey great singing guys, the magic of Merle,s voice is there in his son,s singing his songs. Think Ben has been with The Strangers for sometime, maybe years now!! How he,s got so good, lot of practice in his dad,s shows. Same for Marty and Noel. A good looking lot, oh yes, they can play too!!! Glad their doing this tribute, just to show the fans 👏 , even tho, dad,s not there in person,, he,s still making magical music as always. A nice way to remember Merle for all of his fan,s needs, in this time of loss and 😔 😟 sadness. I can just here him singing with a choir of ANGELS!!! R.I.P Merle, gone but never forgotten!!!

I was there that night. The tickets were my 36th birthday present from my wife. One of the most amazing displays of what country music was, is and always will be! She bought the tickets before your father’s passing. When we heard the news, we were so saddened. When we found out y’all would be there in his stead, it was the perfect fit. Thanks Noel and Ben for sharing this wonderful and loving tribute to your father Merle. I grew up listening to Merle sing many of his songs. I have an album "the old 78's, you play on the old type record players of Merle and Glen Campbell. I also remember Herb Albert and many others, including Elvis Presley. Today I still listen to these artists quite often and I am so inspired by all of them; even though they have all gone to a much better place. They will continue to be so terribly missed by many of us. Noel and Ben, I love knowing you both and enjoy listening to you both sing and play the guitars. I especially love the sound of Ben ' s guiter and the way he picks it, is really something I can listen to for hours at a time. Thanks for your entertainment. Ben you play great on the guitar,really great really, I assume your dad taught you,cause he sure knew how to play and as for Noel ,you have a really awesome great singing voice and yes you do sound exactly like your father and you do look a lot like him, i actually think your very handsome, and love the way your voice goes low at the ends of a sentence like your dad, very sexy. i listened to Merle since a young girl in the 60`s, and very glad you two are carrying on into the future for him.I hope you will come to Sudbury, Ontario, Canada some day soon, because as well as your dad, you two have a lot of fans in Canada as well. i will never lose my taste for Country music, as Merle, Willy and the rest of the Highway men will live on, some through their children, some through albums that will be passed on for generations. and ive shared the love all of these guys with my kids the same way my parents brought them into our home and let us enjoy as well. i thank my parents for that, and i thank yous for filling such big shoes. they are legends...

Im a British guy from Scotland and always recall Merle Haggard's songs and how he became a big country star and he had a voice to die for a great singer was Merle and very good guitarist also . He was for me one of country musics Greats and hey he done very well for himself once he realised prison was no life and its always best to do what your good at whatever skill a person has and work on it . Merle had a voice he was born with and got stuck into music and became great , and well done to him for such . His two sons are hey pretty good also and bound to feel like Wow our Dad done great which he certainly did big time . Well done to his sons for doing this and for Kris Kristofferson also a top guy ..Rip Merle Haggard

This is so great. Never seen Noel before. I all but lost my taste for country music. They are both so much like Merle. Love that I will still see the Strangers and that steel guitar. I can't wait to see them on the road. No one, and I mean no one did music like Merle and now there is hope again. Thank you Noel and Ben.

What a great find - Love this! Noel sounds and looks so much like Merle, Ben has a beautiful voice and serious skills on the guitar. I like the man on the right with the white hair playing violin. He always wore a wine colored fedora hat and suit and looked so cool. :-) Love seeing the band still here. There's another clip of Noel, Marty and Ben. In a room singing in front of peers of Merle's. Marty does a killer version of "Mama's Hungry Eyes". Had never seen him or heard the song, it's a tearjerker. Noel sings and is always smiling and such a great voice and a good man. He always mentions the Lord. Ben sings "It's all in the Movies" and does a wonderful job. The sound is like in a studio in that video. Ben doesn't smile much, but he definitely has the talent. I would love to see them in concert!

If you ever wondered what it would sound like if Merle could sing with himself, well......here you go. All of Merle's boys can play and sing. And when Marty joins in, it is spectacular! I also saw a comment about Noel looking amazingly like Merle. There's a guy on here named Scott Haggard that claims Merle is his dad and if you didn't know who it was you would think he was Merle himself. He has a story to tell and it's worth your time to listen to it. Merle's family knows about him and from what I understand they embrace him as who he says he is.

I sure miss merle he has some very talented sons.
