rochogots well ya but this is my opinion u don’t have to agree with it, i feel like ramin and Sierra are just the perfect phantom and Christine for me in both phantom and LND but I do love Anna and Ben their rly good don’t get me wrong I just feel like Sierra and ramin just have something so amazing that I just can’t handle out of amazingness and cuteness and amazing chemistry bcuz my heart melts when I see them.

I have never watched The Phantom of The Opera or Love Never Dies and I watched them both twice I have to say they are equally good but the Phantom Ben had more emotion He look more manly tall and his eyes were piercing dark His voice was more masculine with authority You can just feel the love he has for Christine It gave me the chills every time and The Phantom of the Opera was amazing I've never been to a live orchestra or play It was like I was there front row tickets I could just imagine what it was like live! I am so grateful that I got to watch this in my home and I cried both times but especially Love Never Dies when Christine died I felt his grief and sadness and when the little boy took off his mask I was an emotional wreck but a good cry with this virus and so much death it was as we all shared the same emotion that I got to express my grief for the people that lost someone and cried because of the situation we're all in it's like all our emotions wrapped up together in one night we got to express it and feel it as what the Phantom and Christine felt LOVE Thank you for me, US a night we'll never forget. I’ll throw in my agreement too. Sierra is fine, but she does not hang the moon and neither does Ramin. I’m fact, I do not get the adoration of Ramin at all. He is too hammy in my opinion. I much prefer the duo Anna and Ben make together, both vocally and chemistry-wise. Ben pulls off the older, sensual phantom much more gracefully.

I actually think it’s the other way around. He looks her way a few times. It appears they’re very focused on the orchestration. Great to have the ability to get a peak at rehearsals none the less.

+Spider2000 Since I saw the 2004 film before seeing the musical on the net or reading the novel. Gerry and Emmy have a special place in my heart. While others I have grown deeply to love. I'll never forget to acknowledge my first Phantom and Christine. I really hope you enjoy the musical if and when you able to see it live. :) Ramin and Sierra may not make it on my "personal" favorite list but I have always respected their talent. The videos are hard to come by of the lesser known performers but if you remain diligent. You will see them eventually. Perhaps not the entire show at once but in spurts. Audios are in greater supply. If you are curious about any of the names you are unfamiliar with or hope to find new material of those who peek your interest. Jessica Lucido I think the plot for POTO is infinitely better... The plot of LND is kind of unbelievable in a bad way, like you literally can’t believe that it would ever happen. However, I think the music for LND is so fantastic. I don’t like to compare POTO and LND because I like to pretend they’re not related (lmaoo), but I must admit that LND has better music. More emotion, more complex orchestration. A masterpiece.

Abigail Stein If Andrew Lloyd Webber rewrote a bit of the story and created different characters for LND, I have no doubt in my mind that it would have become just as big of a sensation as Cats and Phantom. The music is great, but the story completely contradicts POTO.

Erm. As someone familiar with and used to sitzprobe: this is work. Hard work. The first time everything comes together FINALLY, you have to get used to the combo and analyse if your way of doing things will work out. Ideally the whole will be more than the sum of the separate parts, but it is highly exhausting and needs permanent attention and reflection. I love these rehearsals more than the parts before or the concert itself. It is pure magic, but needs focus, a bit like a final exam. This might explain to you their perceived attitudes and behaviour.

Anna was understudy of Christine in POTO so she was prepared, but Ben? i am afraid not haha
