I love every single one of your videos. So nice to see someone approach lifting with as much science and application as you do. So many people just blab all the science stuff all over the place but don't apply any of it. Another great video Ben!

I really like how Ben explains the reasoning behind his technique. I feel I learn a lot more from his vids than other youtubers who show what they are doing but rarely explain why.

I WAS getting big in left biceps but my right biceps was to week and i can't focus on him!!! I was trying hard to solve this and YOU HELP ME A LOT!!!! Once i squeese my right pinky harder, my right arm starts to get biceps!!! THANK YOU A LOT!!!!!!!!

Good lesson on the techniques of it all. Learned alot more, like the cable curl and the arm placement in relation to the cable.

subscribing to u ben has been the best thing ive done in a loong time!! finally not the regular stuff everyone already knows as "what exercise can i do fore the pecs? u can bench!".. the way to do it and the small details that makes all the difference!! and coming from a guy in your size it means there's a point!

Ever since i've watched this i've definitely made the conscious effort to squeeze through the pinky fingers and this has helped my biceps contraction greatly

Ben has put together a great focus on form and execution, it's old but known technique, my skinny180lb arse uses this technique and tho my 17.5 inch arms aren't gonna stop a bull they can and do curl 60-70 db's with decent if not perf form, well minus on high reps, my avg weight to train like this at mod. level is like 35-45lbs, George Spellwin reminded me Ben is great at explaining proper form, focus and why you get results. Thanks guys I was getting sloppy..
