hello i wanted to try toxic rain for the first time - is this doable replacing your amulet with defiance / using petrified blood as well - and changing belt to mageblood? changing the tree a bit will that work?

How do you fix the mana problems with this build? TR costs so much and without leech and things I'm struggling to figure it out, is it literally just the head mana reduction?

flask also has 25% reduced mana cost and on a jewel

Ye reduced mana cost on helm exarch, reduced mana cost on flask, % reduced mana cost jewel (magic rarity & corrupted to be paired with adorned ) and non channelling skills have -7 to mana cost on either ring/amulet.

i didnt notice any solutions to curses, elemental ailments to the build in the POB and im confused how to configure the POB. is it 4 overlapping pods and 1 count on the skill tab for TR?

Wait why at the quiver craft you craft up to 3 mods just to craft suffixes canot be changed? Why not craft just suffixes cannot be changed?

you need an open suffix to finish the prefixes with Cannot roll Attack. Suffix lock protects the multi mod craft

He uses toxic rain on the Lycia single target showcase though? It mentions it in the title and intro card but isn’t used at any point. Even if he does swap for Ubers or whatever, if he runs TR 99% of the time it’s still a toxic rain build

Just use fractured gear, which drops like crazy now. BEST LEAGUE EVER. Jk. Games a mobile game clown show now. Poe 1 is just a cash cow while they actually only care about poe 2. These reliquary and valdos maps should never exist and are ehatbi rxpect in trash games like genshin or la. Games not fun when its broken. Id rather have craftimg be reverted than find 300 mirrors this league

@kurosakii89 it's not just the inflation. 3.12 was probably one of the best leagues ever and heist wast printing divs more than thus league. But divs were like 30c because they got the rest of the content right too. This league everything is broken. There should be at least some gameplay behind the rewards. Not ruthless but not this.

@kurosakii89 bit this is what happens when you put all the good rewards behind the uner content as well. Imo no items should be locked behind uber bosses because then you make the builds able to do them so we get the rewards. They should be aspirational only. And they need to remove half the unique. But it's too late for all this. They are just banking in poe 2
