That is what I never understood. I was also a tomboy, but never did I think I was a different gender because I liked to play football in the field with the boys. I admired PINK as a child and didn't want to be a "stupid girl". I wore my boy cousins clothes when I started going through puberty when I was 10 because I started to feel insecure about my body development. Still I never ever felt any of this changed my entire sexual identity. I'm now seeing pre-teens and teenagers starting to get very confused about their sexual identity when in reality they're just kids going through regular puberty insecurities.
