The only comment I've seen get it right. That's EXACTLY what it is. His back isn't hurt at all, he just has flashbacks to the criticism of his playoff performance last year in Philly & he KNOWS as SOON as he steps on the court he will be under a microscope. The second he has a wide open jump shot and doesnt take it he will get dogged in the media. He is scared of that pressure to perform, that's all it is in a nutshell.

The miami heat held trae young to under 10 points for the second game and Atlanta had 0 fastbreak points. 0 fastbreak points. Ben simmons still not playing for the swept nets is the story on fox and espn. Why

Just lost some respect for Keyshawn Johnson. Ben Simmons is indefensible at this point. Not only is he going out of his way to dress overly flashy but he is also sitting close to the coaches knowing he will get TV time. Wearing such colorful clothes detracts from the team. He doesn't have to wear a Nets uniform because he's not playing but he could at least support his teammates by wearing team colors or team gear. There is no defending Ben Simmons at this point. He quit on LSU he quit on his Australian teams he quit on the 76rs and now he has quit on the Nets. It's not being petty at this point. It is just pointing out more things that are detractors.

first off this is not 2019 anymore, a wall alone will not stop Giannis lol….oh and win or lose against the Celtics Giannis is better than KD lmfao, games 2, 3, and 4 vs the bulls, the heat series last year, and the finals last year are perfect examples of why Giannis is better

Similar to Kyrie, I'm surprised none of Simmons' team mates have ever tried to fire him up. Man I wish these guys were on teams with Jordan, Shaq, Kobe, Isiah etc just to see them get slapped up in the locker room after the game - or in practice.

I don’t get how anyone is defending Ben Simmons right now, this dude refused to play all season until he was traded, gets traded and still can’t play after sitting out all year(what have you been doing all year dude, if you’re in the gym grinding and preparing how can you not play limited minutes and increase until you’re in game shape), has filed a grievance to get 20 million dollars back from the sixers(and the only reason the sixers refused to pay him was because Ben refused to be evaluated by any sixers medical personnel), shows up to nets games sitting next to the coaches in these ridiculous look at me outfits, and then finally after the season ends he says his back issues manifest from a mental block he’s currently going through, come on key

Simmons literally pulled out of the 2020 olympics for Australia to quote “work on his shot” for this season and then he ends up sitting out the whole nba season. Makes no sense. I don’t know if he even likes playing at this point.
