He seems incredibly intelligent, well spoken and his tactical knowledge is through the roof for someone who is only 28. His potential is fantastic but he isn't ready for a job yet, wait 10 years or so

If there is world class ambitions, and the team is matching the very best in the world, he starts and plays all 90 minutes out of 90% of matches, he HAS to be world class.
