That's where you see the difference between Arsene and Ferguson... Basically, I can see about 5 of our former players becoming great coaches for us . From Arteta to Vieira, going to Rosicky and Cazorla.. great players whith whom he extensively shared his vision and passion for the passing game ! Not to forget Per Mertesacker ! When people compare Ferguson and Wenger, they are quick to bring the titles in favor of The former, forget to mention the ladder players legacy into coaching !! Time will do hik justice, no doubt !

Wenger was allways the wisest. He changed the game in England and basically around the world as the premiership is where every footballer knows that playing there gives you global exposure. Wengerball or the beautiful game is one of Wenger's contributions, which made a mixture of nationalities one of the essential ingridients in making the premiership as entertaining as it is.

Ben White's performance was undervalued. White and Saliba handled Zaha well. If we sign a proper CM and RW top 3 is achievable COYG.

Some fans don't know what arsenal manager(Arteta) is doing. If not for arteta I wonder what will arsenal be like. You see what is happening to manU, same thing would have happened to arsenal. Before manU can return back. ManU need to start from the bottom to the top. Even Tottenham is going nowhere Is not all about top managers. If we keep hoping on top managers you will not know about other good managers. All top managers started somewhere. Go and look at the history of arsenal and manU. Arsenal and manU create top managers. Arsenal will get there. Patient is the only key right now because Arteta Just started, this is not easy for him. And Arteta is doing a good job. We can't put the blame on Arteta because of the downfall of our Beautiful club. Let's come together as one and help our club. Arsenal are making the right move. We arsenal fans complain too much. This is a process and I'm glad we can see what Arteta and Edu is trying to do. We have world class players already. Young beast growing and playing football together as a team. Something really big is coming. As for this season we are the dark horse. *Mark my words*

After the game I was a bit worried because we were pegged back for a long time, but seeing how the other games unfolded I think that's the reality of the league now, every team is a challenge. If the best team in the league win 2-0 away with only 2 shots on target then we probs didn't do too bad also

Except Man City. They controlled the game the entire 90 minutes. They wouldn’t even lose the ball and kept playing in opposition half. That’s what Arteta is trying to achieve by dominating possession the entire game but some of our players are mentally a bit naive

@@markm1419 we spend on a whole squad what they spend on 1 or 2 players, so when you hear people say arsenal are the biggest spenders just know what they mean is arsenal is finally spending something, even if most of the money is spent on youngsters never heard of before they make it seem as if we are doing the pogba, van dijk, haaland and lukaku kind of business, pay attention to the deception, don't be fooled, arteta is most definitely the man for the arsenal.

Arsenal comfortably passed it OUT THE BACK for roughly 60 straight minutes before Palace heaped on the pressure in the second half- but for their first game I gotta say that was fairly impressive considering how they played last season. Kudos to Arteta, that’s one of the more risky tactics to enforce in your team.

Thank you for sharing this! Its not typical for Big Clubs to share the Manager Frustrations. But i love it because this transparency is honest and authentic. You can see Arteta was frustrated and i can understand it. We should have led 2-0 or 3-0 in the first 30 Minutes. After that the Game was way to open. If we lead high early, we could have less stress later since the high lead would have a huge effect on the Palace players Mentality. Unfortunately Palace where in the Game from 35 Minute to 85 Minute. BTW. i loved the Subs, Eddie and Tierney did very well. Crazy how the quality of our Subs has improved.

It reminds me when we fought against wolves. We were defending deep and try to take the second ball. But we didn't have that ball winning midfielders so we can't progress the ball fast enough to counter them like we were on the pre season.

Xhaka gets a yellow card for diving when he fell over stood up straight away and told the ref there was no foul. Palace ACTUALLY KEPT ON DIVING FOR MOST OF SECOND HALF HALF, how many yellows they got? ZERO

Yeah. It's frustrating to see the standard is not consistent to all player. Xhaka's at fault for his dive, but Palace did the exact same thing without repercussions. Where's the standard?
