We only got other teams to join us at the bar a hand full of times. One team made it a regular thing for a season, but too many guys just can't let shit go. But the guys who did have a beer together always ended up fighting less.

Beer leagues are great. I've played with guys and they will drop the gloves during the game and yet still shake hands and buy each other a brew afterwards. Good times!
