For bench or press, have you ever heard of someone grinding out a rep so long that it causes chest/heart pain? That's what's starting to happen to me, I've read that it can be bad to hold a valsalva for ~10 seconds. My sets are heavy doubles until I can only do singles

You are 142lbs in Bodyweight and benchpress 315 or 140kg? That’s very impressive don’t even taken in the age into account ! So how often do you benchpress would 2 times would be sufficient ? And best of wishes

I'm 61 yrs old .142 lbs won 33 bench tournaments and can still bench 315 1x. With 60 days prep time. You guys need to bench more. Don't compete

Late intermediate lifter here. How many days do you bench. I do a heavy light medium. With the light day being a OHP and a back off OHP on my heavy bench day.
