Josh is my coach and I can say he is worth every penny. Replies really quick to my emails and his programs are very technical.

You and Ryan Kennelly have taught me so much on how to build a bench the right way. Technique and explosiveness are the two things going through my brain when hitting the bench. 500lbs is getting close.

First, your the best. I've been taking notes and watching your videos for almost a year and your jailhouse strong book has increased my strength tremendously.

You are the man Josh. I have always said you can't put a square peg in a round hole and every person is different and how they respond to heavier loads and muscle growth is unique to each person. James is a great guy. Rock on brother!

You make me wish I had started lifting when I was younger Josh. I guess my joints would probably be shot by now if I had. I know you could have gotten me in the high 600s. I am happy with 585 at 56 years old, but it is still not 605 (yet). I talked to James Strictland last week and he gave me some ideas, but you make me do the "I wish I would have started much younger" thing. I will keep chipping away at it. I am finally allowing myself to deload some on my bench, but now I just want to hit my triceps harder when I do that. I really appreciate your videos. I get a lot out of them Josh. Personal approach is definitely key. You can't put a round peg in a square hole. Keep the videos coming. I am still soaking it all up. See you can teach an old dog a new trick! LOL!!! I do mostly Spoto presses when I lift for the constant tension. I have a built in slingshot from doing that so much. I have no problem popping a bar with 600+ up from doing mostly Spotos, it is just the top half that slaps me in the face. LOL!!!
