Very good. Not sure if you're doing a working set or PR set, but if it's a working set you should go deeper and hold for a second to get maximum pec stretch and to prevent tendon elasticity from assisting and robbing the muscle of those sweet sweet gains

Never made sense why people use the safety bars and use clips. Are you really afraid the plates are somehow going to fall off during your lift?

I get the clips but don't understand how using safety bars doesn't make sense lol. Things can get dangerous when pushing your limits and it's better safe than sorry. There are lives that could have been saved if they had safety bars.

@@BazonkMadonk nothing wrong with using the safety bars. But why use both, when the safety bar will save you. If you didn't have the clips you could just dump the weight
