🤔 he's must be a great lawyer for noticing that... most would probably not notice. But noticing that he noticed would remember that the urgency of the "husband attacking the gudge" noticed that they were probably hiding something from everyone. Did anyone else notice that the weakest point of that necklace would have been where the jewels are? I'm curious if he noticed that!🤔 End of thought ... P.s. Thanks for noticing that I used 'notice' a few times......

You can just leave the court and not be a witness. They can't force you to testify by law. And if you leave they will need to go through months of legal work to just be able to ask from it, which if you're from another state good luck to them.

Prosecutors saying they represent the people has got to be one the greatest examples of real life Orwellian double speak.
@adamm4766
@adamm4766 Жыл бұрын
That is who prosecutors represent though. DA’s are elected and represent “the people” in criminal matters. It’s just how the legal system is structured. In a civil wrongful death suit the plaintiff represents the victims. In criminal matters the prosecution represents the people because criminal cases are inherently about protecting the public.
@doku367

We need a show about a public defender who keeps loosing cases because he is always blind sided by some scripted BS. All his clients are actually guilty. The season finally is him so demoralized and so depressed, that his finsl client is actuslly innocent? but he makes a careless error a miss speak and the prosecutor uses it to win and send his first actually innocent client to jail.
