@Ben the hand reveal at 12:35 shows an AQJ board and you saying your other opponent had AQ and you gave away half the pot. if the boards are correct, you would have lost 2 pair QJ vs 2 pair AQ if you called. so you didnt give away anything.. UNLESS the board graphics are wrong for the top board

You should do the pocket tens hand on the Crush live Call ins show Monday. I’d love to see Barts analysis. I think you just have to put it in on the river. Way more often you’re gonna get called by top two or some other aces up.

I don’t think you realize in that bomb pot how large of a favorite you actually weren’t to scoop it when the money went in on the flop. You: As7s Op1: JsTs Op2: 8s6s Board #2: Ks 5c 2s That means on that board alone you are only about 58% to win it. Not loving bomb pots usually just means you don’t know how to play them. They’re a fantastic way for fish to get their money in bad. Isn’t that what you want? (Like this hand exactly)

I sometimes play every other bomb pot, not each one. Keeps me sane. I’ll happily chop large multi-way, all in bomb pots every time.

Just to clarify it's $10 PLUS $2 for $12 per hand at $1-$3... (it's not $8 plus $2 for $10)... Has to be close to the worst low limit rake of any real casino in the country!!!

As a Boston local I’ll tell ya, I think encore has no interest in having a functioning poker room. I think their plan is to genuinely rake it dry and when it’s time, replace the empty tables with slot machines

The set of tens hand should have gone bigger on the flop with 2 Broadway cards a flush draw and you unblocked the Ace. Bart would not approve of half pot there even with the multiway configuration. Pot or larger in my opinion.

I agree with you about bomb pots. You’re almost always either chopping and getting half or you lose a very big pot against the nuts sometimes in both boards. Not worth it to me

Gonna have to come up with a bomb pot bathroom break report! Stall 1/clean stall2/"Sorry sir!" Stall 3/ "No need - smells like trouble! And now, over to the urinals! Would ya look at all the new urinal cakes? I like to call them pucks and I just so happen to have brought my hockey stick, a Slap Shot movie poster(while taping to trashcan), and next gentleman to enter will have the option to don my GoldenKnights goal keeper mask(homemade😅)while I demonstrate my puck handling and we'll have a shootout as well!..defend yourself goalkeep!(stall 2 guy exiting stall and quickly cutoff/you pulling his shirt over his head while feigning some uppercuts and "Eye of the Tiger" blasting from an old cassette player while all this happens. Rollerblades or rollerskates can be 'topic of the week'..would love to see another comedy skit and would save some $. Pesky bomb pots take forever.

I live in central Massachusetts and would never go into Boston to play poker! Why would anyone play with that high of a rake? I have a direct drive with little traffic to Foxwoods the first casino in New England to bad it didn’t stay that way,poker was assumed then! 30years ago

Great vlog, once again. I just have to mention an observation I saw on your drive in montage at the :13 second mark. Gas in Reno is $4.97 a gallon???? That's ridiculous! I paid $2.99 this past Sunday here in Minnesota. Just doesn't seem right that there is that much of a difference across the country.... Ok, rant over!
