Then you see the backround but it's literally just them playing patty cake. That's the entire joke. We assume there was a double meaning where there was none and that's what's funny.XD

I'm assuming it was a reference to Who framed Roger Rabbit Specifically when Roger Rabbit is shown photos of his wife, Jessica Rabbit, playing Patty cake with another man. It was a euphemism for her cheating and doing the deed with another man Since Batim is about the same cartooning style used in that movie, I assumed it was a little easter egg reference
