Benedict aswered, that he has made up one and has it in mind when playing Sherlock but does not want to talk about it. He only reveals that he does not imagine Sherlock to be born this way but rather to develop into the person he is presented as.

i'm sorry about that, It's the best quality i could get, seeing as, you know, we weren't allowed to film anything at all. I'm surprised you can't tell who is talking when, Benedict's voice is considerably deeper the Loo's so it's pretty hard to miss. Ah well! :)

Frankly, I'd hope the actors don't know about real-person shipping. It's a bit embarrassing for the fandom. Character shipping is one thing, but the actors are real people with their own lives, and.. I don't know. I'm being quite respectful of the actors, since I think stuff like this crosses a line.

Yep!! I shouted into the mike and then started back in horror at how LOUD my voice was lol. What you can't hear on this video is that Benedict laughed and said to me, "Loud, isn't it?!" and I said yes (not with mike - but I was close to the stage). Also love the way that, altho Loo couldn't see me (I was hidden behind the camera filming her), Benedict could and kept insisting that she choose me. Probably cos I looked so INSANELY KEEN :p

TheseSpringsOnMyhead, what's so surprising about Moffat's movie series, including the role of women, about sexism? The film series is really interestingly staged, the actors are cleverly selected, creative film effects, but the series has nothing in common with the novels of Conan Doyle. Even Sherlock Holmes himself! The hero of the novels by Conan Doyle was very respectful of Dr. Watson, and didn't sometimes "envy" his "primitive" mind, as the character of this series said.

Trying to hear what he says gives me an excuse to listen again! Now that I am back home in the states it provides a good souvenir of my trip to Cheltenham along with my ticket stub. I thought my BC crush would die down but is actually worse.

I think it's worth pointing out that while answer the question about the women in Sherlock, Benedict had this to say about Irene: "And as for Irene Adler?
