well said THE BITTER TRUTH is that students are so fed up with this IIT thing in 11-12 classes that if they are selected its great but if they are not they just loose hope and never try to fight again ...due to which there is only 1 lakh competitors in GATE . AND I SWEAR I WILL FIGHT WITH EVERYTHING I HAVE GOT!!! NOT EVEN A SINGLE CHANCE OF SILLY MISTAKE cause i have done in my 11-12 and i will learn from it!!! I know we all can do it just BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!!

GATE k 2ND ya 3RD ROUND k INTERVIEW per bnaiye plssssssssssssssss...... uske bare mei ko baat hi nhi krta....aur ek b video nahi hai ki... jaise maine gate mei mei 200-300 rank lali fir kitne round hoge ya technical round wagera ka level ya ur koi round vo sb kisi video mei plssss explain krdijeye...

What if someone wants to do internship in last semester and not Thesis and not interested in research. Will IITs allow internships in M.Tech Dada? Because IIITs allow internship in place of thesis.

Yes, you can do Mtech from IITs, you need to write GATE exam of respective subject in which you want to do Mtech.

Nhi aesa nhi hoga...kyunki hum masters ke liye preparation krenge...that is for our own very inclined subject jisme hum GATE ki prep us hi threshold par krenge jitni required hogi Mtech course ke liye for IITs. That's how I think it is!

Yes it will be a bit harder in mtech at iit. I don't know about other colleges but in iit academics are really hard. You have to work throughout the whole semester to get good marks. That's how IIT develope a student!

aisa kahin nahi hota, na JEE me na gate me. JEE qualify na karne ka matlab ye nahi hota Ki IIT me engineering karne ka potential nahi hai tumhaare paas. JEE is just for population control

Yes in IIT Kharagpur and NIT Trichy seats are reserved for GATE ECE for M.Tech in CS. Better you give GATE CS as second paper for more opportunities.

MTech especially in CS is an absolute waste of time if you can get a job after BTech in computer related job. This is true even in USA. Two years of work experience is any day better. If you are looking to switch industry or want to get a PhD that is another matter.
