In this episode of "Rolling Through Life With TaLisha," she and the family visit Carousel Park.
If you want to visit Carousel Park, plan your visit by visiting their website: www.nccde.org/425/Carousel-Pa...
Meet TaLisha
Born with all possible odds against her, TaLisha is anything but ordinary. Shortly after birth, she was diagnosed with Congenital Muscular Dystrophy (CMD). As she grew older, her strong spirit made up for her weak muscles. At the age of six, TaLisha had a series of realizations, in which she learned to embrace her disease. TaLisha recalls, "I realized that having a disability was not something to mourn, but rather a gift from God that needed to be appreciated because it was only given to special individuals with a special purpose in life. I knew that I had Muscular Dystrophy because I had something to learn, or something to teach. From that point forth, I made it my purpose in life to inspire others."
Fast forward to today, TaLisha is now married to the love of her life. They both have 3 beautiful children together. Today, TaLisha enjoys being an inspiration to others through vlogging, motivation speaking, and just living her life.

A huge thanks to the Director of Carousel Park for allowing us to film and show how amazing this place is! Have you ever considered therapeutic riding lessons? I took them when I was younger and I must say they are so beneficial to people who are disabled!

Hi TaLisa, I'm sub to so many channels and for some crazy reason my notification bell was turned off. It's not my doing and it's frustrating. I'm glad to see a posting and love seeing you and your whole family doing a video together. I've never been to a place like this and it's wonderful to see what this place has to offer to folks in any circumstance. The director offers so much information. Yes, the cat reminds me of Garfield. I wanted to reach out and touch the horse. Thanks for taking me with you on this trip. I enjoyed the tour.

Hi Talisha, I love this episode it was very informative and to see how you and your husband interact it's what every woman desire in a relationship. I learned a lot about horses and would really like to see more vlogs like this and also have your husband included so that I can see that there are still couples out there that take marriage and relationship goals serious. Thank you for your strength and your spirit it really brightens up your channel and gives hope to those who are in your situation or other situations that may require equestrian therapy.

I love horses too. Wouldn’t it be nice if they had a underground lift to slide your wheelchair in and could assist you in mounting alone. That would be so wonderful. I wish I was smart enough to put it on paper..

Hello TALISHA how are you my name is Lynda Norman from Brooklyn new York and I am also a Disabled woman/mother of a 26yr old son Darius I have been watching ur channel for for a while now and I think u are an amazing woman mother and Author I plan. On purchasing your book soon and I can't wait. You children are beautiful and your husband is the most patient loving man I have ever seen I wish you guys the best in your lives. I also wanted to ask you about how did u go about getting your book Published? And much money does it cost? And the lady that's with you is that you're publishes? The reason I ask is because I write poetry and I also wrote a book about called my love my life my lose it's basically about a few past relationships that I've been in. I started it about three years ago and I just finished it a couple of months ago. I really would like to find out how did you get started writing your book And also how do I go about doing the same thing I'm not an author by no means but I think book would be something that a lot of people would love to read. You are definitely an inspiration to me And I would like to thank you For putting yourself out there I'm letting the world know That being disabled does not stop anyone from doing anything that they want to do. Thank you Lynda p.s. I hope to hear from you soon
