This is my edited video of the Jimmy Buffett Tribute Concert at the Hollywood Bowl on 11 April 2024. Epic farewell to the King of the Parrot Heads! Special guests included Paul McCartney, The Eagles, Zac Brown, Jon Bon Jovi, Sheryl Crow, Pitbull, Snoop Dog, and of course the Coral Reefer Band. Presenters included Harrison Ford, Woody Harrelson, Timothy B Schmit, and many many more. The concert lasted almost 4 hours so regrettably I needed to edit out a lot of the accompanying acts, so that is why I am calling this "The Best of" and I am sure you will agree. EXCELLENT JOB, BEN - mixing this down to just 45 minutes is quite an undertaking.. but you did it beautifully!! thanks for producing such a wonderful piece of listenable material…

I will just say, that during all my Buffet Concerts, Jimmy was out in the crowd recording stuff that some people may see, or never see! Just saying that we had alot of Pittsburgh Pa crowds at what we use to call the Starlight Pavilion! Then we Jimmy and the band come to Blossum in Cleveland, Ohio in 2004, 2010, 2014, 2014, and I think 2018!

I can't play and sing a Jimmy song without smil'n. I wrote him a song one time - "Tale of a Pacific Northwest Beach bum" Sail on Jimmy fair winds and gentle seas - "Bubbles up"

Lol- first clip I’ve seen that has the Harrison Ford bit !! Thanks for keeping that in your edited version! And thanks for posting this… still soaking up a lot of JB material, still in a bit of disbelief of his passing. Much sympathy still and always to his family, band mates/brothers(& sisters!) and friends & fans. 🫧 🆙 ps: another gem- 1st time I heard that Timothy B is the one that coined ‘the’ phrase parrothead !
